Terms & Conditions

1. The aircraft shall be delivered with free and clear title, free of any existing or outstanding liens or encumbrances.
2. The aircraft shall be delivered in “as-Is, where-is” airworthy condition with all systems, engines and installed equipment in normal working order and meeting manufacturer’s minimum specifications, as inspected and verified by Purchaser.
3. The aircraft shall be delivered with all mandatory Airworthiness Directives pertaining to the aircraft, engines, and installed equipment complied with, to include any mandatory Service Bulletins and Service Letters, as inspected and verified by Purchaser.
4. The aircraft shall be delivered with all loose equipment including, but not limited to, airframe and engine log books; weight and balance data; flight manual; performance data; component historical records on all installed components with clear traceability; wiring diagrams; various equipment operators manuals; other miscellaneous documents and paperwork; and covers, plug and tie-downs, ground handling wheels; etc. which are normally considered part of the loose equipment delivered with aircraft, as inspected and verified by Purchaser.
5. Upon Seller’s acceptance of this Offer to Purchase and delivery of items listed at item 5(a), Purchaser shall deliver the refundable deposit of within three (3) business days, to AERO TITLE INC., 3426 S. Lakeside Dr., Oklahoma City, 73179  Oklahoma - USA.  This deposit shall remain refundable for ten (10) business days, during which the following:
   ‍
   (a) The deposit is conditioned on the delivery, by the Seller, of the aircraft engine and airframe maintenance, SBs and ADs track reports.
   
   (b) Purchasers representative shall conduct a preliminary inspection prior to Dec 20 2023. Such pre-purchase inspection shall include visual inspection of the Aircraft and associated records to verify the Aircraft is as represented and a flight to confirm performance of the aircraft, engine and installed equipment;
   
   (c) Purchaser shall accept or reject the aircraft, in writing, within (3) three business days of completing the preliminary inspection.
   
   (d) In the event Purchaser accepts the aircraft, the deposit shall become non-refundable and both parties shall endeavor to execute a mutually agreeable formal Aircraft Purchase Agreement within ten (10) business days. APA to include performance of a Pre-purchase Inspection at a factory authorized service center. Purchaser shall bear the cost of such inspection and Seller shall be responsible to remedy airworthy discrepancies identified during the inspection. Purchaser agrees to remove the aircraft from the market to allow for the Pre-purchase Inspection.
   
   (e) In the event Purchaser rejects the aircraft, said deposit shall be returned to Purchaser within twenty-four (24) hours of the first business day.
6. Contents of this offer shall remain confidential between all parties.
7. This offer shall remain valid for a period of five (3) business days from the Closing Date of this auction.
